We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team in Canton, Georgia. In this role, you will focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing systems that support manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and reliability. The ideal candidate will have expertise in programming, lean manufacturing principles, and a strong background in engineering disciplines.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop and implement programming solutions, including PLC programming, to optimize manufacturing systems.<br>• Utilize lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency and reduce waste in production processes.<br>• Create and modify 3D models to support system and product designs.<br>• Collaborate with teams to integrate and maintain MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems.<br>• Apply engineering principles, particularly in mechanical, materials, or chemical fields, to enhance system performance.<br>• Conduct analysis and troubleshooting to resolve system issues and improve operational stability.<br>• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices during system development.<br>• Provide technical support and training to staff regarding system operations and improvements.<br>• Perform testing and validation of systems to ensure functionality and reliability.<br>• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align system designs with organizational goals.

• Proficiency in PLC programming and automation systems.<br>• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices.<br>• Strong knowledge of 3D modeling software and applications.<br>• Familiarity with MRP systems and ERP platforms.<br>• Background in mechanical, materials, or chemical engineering.<br>• Solid understanding of chemistry concepts and their application in engineering.<br>• Ability to work with hand tools and equipment for system development.<br>• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
