<p>The Salesforce Technical Lead / Architect provides hands-on technical leadership for Salesforce development and integrations. This role is responsible for solution design, code quality, and mentoring developers while ensuring platform scalability and performance. The position partners closely with architects and stakeholders to deliver complex, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.</p>

<p>8+ years Salesforce development experience</p><p>Advanced Apex, LWC, and integration expertise</p><p>Experience leading technical design and code reviews</p><p>Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture and security</p><p>Ability to mentor and guide junior developers</p><p>Salesforce certifications strongly preferred</p>
