Administrative Assistant
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Atkinson, New Hampshire. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in office administration. You will play a vital role in supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows, and maintaining organizational efficiency.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Manage reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering inbound calls.</p><p>• Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.</p><p>• Provide back-office support to assist with administrative tasks and daily operations.</p><p>• Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.</p><p>• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings or appointments.</p><p>• Handle general office correspondence and distribute incoming communications.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes.</p><p>• Ensure supplies are stocked and office equipment is functioning properly.</p><p>• Support additional tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.</p>
• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role.<br>• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining organized filing systems.<br>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Ability to handle receptionist duties with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.<br>• Familiarity with basic office software and equipment.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.<br>• Availability to work Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
