The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing accounts receivable activities, including collections, billing, and cash applications. Responsibilities: • Manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and payment collection. • Oversee commercial collections to maintain healthy cash flow and minimize overdue accounts. • Process cash applications efficiently, ensuring proper allocation of payments. • Monitor and execute cash collection activities to meet organizational financial targets. • Collaborate with internal teams to address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies. • Ensure compliance with Automated Clearing House (ACH) procedures and standards. • Generate detailed reports on accounts receivable performance and provide insights to management. • Implement best practices for streamlining AR operations and enhancing efficiency. • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all accounts receivable transactions.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles. • Proficiency in commercial collections and cash application processes. • Strong understanding of billing functions and financial reconciliation. • Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) procedures. • Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of transactions accurately and efficiently. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for resolving billing issues. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
