Responsibilities: • Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. • Handle accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and collections. • Perform account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy. • Manage billing functions and ensure proper documentation. • Assist in general accounting duties to support financial operations. • Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies. • Collaborate with other departments to address accounting-related inquiries. • Prepare periodic financial reports as needed.

• Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Familiarity with billing procedures and account reconciliation processes. • Strong knowledge of general accounting principles. • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail. • Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders.
