Responsibilities: Accurately process invoices, including verifying, coding, and data entry. Manage payments to vendors and ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies. Reconcile payable accounts with financial statements and address inconsistencies. Assist with month-end closing procedures and support audits as required. Qualifications: Proven experience in accounts payable or similar role. Familiarity with Financial Edge and Blackbaud software is strongly preferred. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience in pivot tables and v-lookups, is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry abilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of accounting processes and principles. Preferred Attributes: Experience working in or with non-profit organizations is a plus.
