The role involves assisting the senior accountant with various tasks, ensuring smooth financial operations within the office. Responsibilities: • Assist with bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting • Handle cash receipts, accurately recording all transactions • Create and maintain journal entries, ensuring all financial data is up to date • Assist with reports, providing easy to understand financial information • Support the senior accountant with higher-level projects, ensuring they can focus on key tasks • Use Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze financial data • Oversee accounts payable, ensuring all financial obligations are met on time • Use Smart Wayne Resa school software for financial management • Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial data.

• Possess proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) • Demonstrable experience in Account Reconciliation • Ability to prepare and manage Journal Entries • Experience with Bank Reconciliations • Expertise in using Microsoft Excel for accounting purposes
