Specific responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Managing all aspects of the AR process, including billing, invoicing, collections, cash applications, and reconciliations.</li><li>Supervising and mentoring the AR team to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.</li><li>Monitoring customer accounts and ensuring timely follow-ups on outstanding invoices to improve collections efforts.</li><li>Implementing and maintaining effective policies, procedures, and controls for AR operations to support compliance and efficiency.</li><li>Collaborating with the finance and accounting teams on month-end close processes, forecasting, and reporting AR performance.</li><li>Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing innovative solutions for AR system optimization.</li></ul><p>If you are interested, please apply directly! </p>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate will bring the following skills and abilities to the table:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of accounts receivable experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.</li><li>Proficiency in AR management software and ERP systems (experience with SAP, NetSuite, or similar is a plus).</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coach and motivate teams.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities, with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of AR functions, policies, and best practices.</li></ul><p><br></p>
