<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate will bring the following skills and experience to the role:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA designation preferred).</li><li>5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.</li><li>Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.</li><li>Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and guide teams effectively.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.</li></ul><p><br></p>
