The Accounting Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations within their manufacturing environment. This position requires an individual with strong GL and month end expertise, along with expertise in credit, collections, and cash management. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency and accuracy in accounting processes while fostering growth and collaboration. <p>• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.</p><p>• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing general ledger and month-end close processes.</p><p>• 3+ years of supervisory experience ideal.</p><p>• Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of GL., month end, credit, collections, and cash management practices required.</p><p>• Expertise in financial statement preparation and auditing.</p><p>• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis.</p><p>• Effective communication and leadership abilities to guide teams and foster collaboration.</p><p>• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as the company expands.</p>
