Responsible for managing a broad range of duties to support the daily operations of HR programs within an organization. Assists administration of payroll/compensation, recruitment, hiring and onboarding, benefits, employee performance, and training and development programs. Requires strong computer capabilities, including experience with HR database software and programs. Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills are essential, as is knowledge of HR procedures and policies and employment-related regulations, filing and compliance requirements.
