In Canada, the HR specialist plays a key role in supporting the overall HR function within the organization. This position is responsible for providing administrative and operational support across various HR areas, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and payroll. The HR Specialist works closely with the human resources (HR) team to ensure efficient and effective HR processes.

Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining HR records.
