The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a solid background in accounts payable and general accounting.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Supervise and manage the accounts payable team to ensure efficient and accurate processing of invoices.<br>• Oversee coding of invoices and ensure proper allocation to the correct accounts.<br>• Coordinate and monitor check runs and ACH payments to maintain timely vendor payments.<br>• Implement and enforce policies to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company standards.<br>• Resolve discrepancies and issues related to invoice processing or payments with vendors and internal stakeholders.<br>• Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounts payable procedures and support organizational goals.<br>• Generate and review accounts payable reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.<br>• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to enhance the accounts payable function.<br>• Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and improve overall performance.<br>• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the accounts payable department.
