Based out of the East Metro, the Accounts Receivable Clerk will be a contract position.</p><p> </p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>- Applies cash receipts in US dollars and other foreign currencies</p><p>- Balances and reconciles general ledger cash account for receipts daily</p><p>- Investigates and resolves customer discrepancies</p><p>- Regularly calls and informs customers of past due accounts</p><p>- Makes inquiries on customer payment status</p><p>- Adheres to company credit and collection standards</p><p>- Coordinates corrective actions w/ customer service for pricing/billing errors</p><p>- Assists w/ accounts payable as needed</p><p>- Maintains detailed records and prepares communications and reports as needed</p><p> </p><p>*Please note that all candidates are required to provide 2 recent supervisor or manager references in order to be considered for employment.</p><p> </p><p>Please submit your resume and call 651-293-3973 for review and consideration. </p>
