We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Farmingdale, New York. This role is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail and a solid background in bookkeeping and HR functions. You will play a key part in managing financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy of accounting records. Responsibilities:• Handle all aspects of full charge bookkeeping, including managing accounts payable and receivable.• Oversee and execute bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.• Prepare and analyze financial statements to support decision-making processes.• Monitor and manage payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.• Collaborate with HR to oversee employee records and benefits administration.• Implement and maintain efficient systems for tracking financial data.• Address and resolve discrepancies in financial documentation.• Support compliance with tax regulations and assist in preparing tax filings.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in bookkeeping and HR-related roles.• Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes.• Demonstrated ability to perform bank reconciliations accurately.• Familiarity with payroll management and employee benefits.• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
