Our client, a leading construction firm in Westchester County, is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with proven expertise in AIA billing and construction accounting. <p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>5–7+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience in the construction industry required.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in AIA billing and the unique financial demands of construction projects.</li><li>Strong background in accounts payable, 1099 reporting, and multi-state sales tax compliance.</li><li>Hands-on experience managing payroll for large, hourly and salaried construction teams.</li><li>Familiarity with Deltek and other construction accounting systems strongly preferred.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple concurrent project deadlines.</li></ul><p><br></p>
