Qualified applicants will ideally have a Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certification and or 5 plus years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal supporting insurance defense cases. The practice areas for this position include personal injury, property damage, and insurance bad faith. A successful candidate will be a team player, be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters and feel comfortable taking the initiative and managing assigned cases.
