This position supports the partners and associates with word processing, filings, client contact, correspondence, document formatting, and scheduling & calendaring. The corporate legal assistant will need to be able to hit the ground running and have excellent proofreading, typing skills, be able to manage up, and interact with clients. Experience with legal document processing, proofreading invoices & bills, editing, redlining, scheduling, calendaring, travel arrangement, document formatting, ability to create Table of Contents, and excellent Office Suite skills are required for this position.
