Sr. Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Woodbury, Minnesota. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. As a valued team member, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring compliance with established procedures.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate and manage scheduling across multiple lines of business to ensure smooth operations.<br>• Provide guidance to team members and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments as needed.<br>• Handle mail-related tasks, including stuffing envelopes and operating the mail machine.<br>• Track and monitor scopes of work, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.<br>• Facilitate effective communication by drafting and sending correspondence and maintaining accurate records.<br>• Perform data entry tasks with precision to support administrative processes.<br>• Assist with setting up systems and processes for permanent positions if applicable.<br>• Maintain compliance with regulations and company policies in all administrative tasks.<br>• Deliver excellent customer service by being personable and responsive to team and client needs.<br>• Support HR-related functions as required, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
<p>• Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.</p><p>• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and clients.</p><p>• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.</p><p>• Solid understanding of compliance requirements and a compliance-oriented mindset.</p><p>• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on customer service excellence.</p><p>• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Teams for efficient workflow management.</p><p>• Experience with multi-line phone systems and conference call coordination.</p><p>• Familiarity with administrative processes such as calendar management and data handling.</p><p>• Some experience in Medicare or HR Benefits </p>
