<ul><li>Lead and manage all IT functions, including infrastructure, networking, cloud services, cybersecurity, and software development.</li><li>Oversee administration of Active Directory, Office 365, Azure AD, and identity management systems.</li><li>Direct and maintain VMware and virtualized server environments, ensuring reliability, redundancy, and disaster recovery readiness.</li><li>Manage network architecture, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches, and VPN connectivity across multiple sites.</li><li>Oversee cloud infrastructure and hybrid solutions leveraging Azure or AWS platforms.</li><li>Lead software development teams using C#, .NET, and SQL Server to build and maintain custom business applications.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to define technology roadmaps, implement process automation, and drive digital innovation.</li><li>Establish IT governance, security policies, and compliance standards in alignment with business objectives.</li><li>Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement for hardware, software, and services.</li><li>Provide mentorship and professional development for infrastructure and development staff.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).</li><li>10+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing infrastructure and/or development teams.</li><li>Strong hands-on expertise with Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, VMware, and enterprise networking.</li><li>Experience managing software teams using C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and modern DevOps practices.</li><li>Knowledge of IT security, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery best practices.</li><li>Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on technical involvement.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>
