We are looking for a skilled Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure the accuracy of all accounting processes. This role requires leadership in managing month-end closings, general ledger maintenance, and financial statement audits. Responsibilities: • Supervise and lead the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. • Manage the month-end close process, including preparing and reviewing journal entries. • Oversee the maintenance and reconciliation of the general ledger accounts. • Conduct and coordinate financial statement audits to ensure compliance with regulations. • Review and approve account reconciliations to maintain accuracy and consistency. • Develop and implement effective accounting policies and procedures. • Provide financial insights and reports to support strategic decision-making. • Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations. • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and reporting. • Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance.

• Proven experience in accounting management or a similar leadership role. • Strong knowledge of general ledger processes and month-end close procedures. • Proficiency in preparing and reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations. • Familiarity with financial statement audits and regulatory compliance. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred. • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
