<p>✅ What We’re Looking For:</p><p> – Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA a plus)</p><p> – 3–7 years progressive accounting/finance experience, ideally in manufacturing</p><p> – Strong cost accounting knowledge and ability to partner with operations</p><p> – Hands-on, detail-oriented professional who can also step back and think strategically</p><p> – Excellent communication and leadership skills</p>
