Customer Service Representative
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Westchester, Illinois. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while building strong relationships with customers.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Respond to a high volume of customer calls and inquiries promptly and courteously.</p><p>• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and issues with attention to detail and empathy.</p><p>• Deliver clear and accurate information about products, services, and company policies.</p><p>• Record all customer interactions and updates in the designated system.</p><p>• Direct complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.</p><p>• Strive to meet or exceed daily performance goals such as call volume, response times, and satisfaction ratings.</p><p>• Maintain a positive and detail-oriented attitude during all customer interactions.</p><p>• Adapt to a structured schedule and adhere to call center protocols.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experiences.</p><p><br></p><p>The salary range for this position is $18/hr to $18/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. • High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education such as an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.<br>• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.<br>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems effectively.<br>• Familiarity with customer service software and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.<br>• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.<br>• Flexibility to work varying shifts and sit for extended periods while using a headset.
