• Strong knowledge of U.S. trademark laws and procedures.<br>• Experience with trademark prosecution, infringement, renewals, and applications.<br>• Proficiency in case management and trademark management software.<br>• Ability to research and analyze websites, social media, and advertising platforms for brand misuse.<br>• Familiarity with domain name registration and associated processes.<br>• Excellent organizational and deadline management skills.<br>• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.<br>• Detail-oriented approach to monitoring and enforcing intellectual property rights.
