Administrative Assistant

In this PART-TIME contract position, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the office runs smoothly. • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an office setting.<br>• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing communications effectively.<br>• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.<br>• Familiarity with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.<br>• Ability to compile and organize documents in an efficient manner.<br>• Excellent organizational and time management skills.<br>• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.<br>• Proficiency in office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
