Human Resources (HR) Rep
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will handle complex HR inquiries, support employee relations efforts, and contribute to process improvements within our HR Shared Services organization. This position is virtual and based in Pennsylvania, offering you the opportunity to collaborate with HR teams and managers while ensuring seamless service delivery.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Address escalated HR-related inquiries, including advanced payroll and tax issues, while interpreting policies and guidelines.<br>• Investigate and resolve complex employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and service-level agreements.<br>• Communicate effectively with employees and managers to resolve inquiries escalated by HR Advisors.<br>• Collaborate with HR departments to enhance team alignment and implement process improvements.<br>• Lead the transition and support for new service projects, ensuring smooth integration into designated departments.<br>• Update and maintain department databases to empower HR Advisors in managing inbound inquiries more effectively.<br>• Provide training and mentorship to lower-level representatives and new team members.<br>• Evaluate current workflows and recommend improvements to optimize resource utilization and enhance efficiency.<br>• Partner with HR Business Partners and other HR services to facilitate knowledge sharing and alignment across teams.<br>• Ensure consistent and punctual attendance, with the ability to work variable schedules, nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, with a focus on employee relations and HR administration.<br>• Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret policies, payroll, and tax-related matters.<br>• Proficiency in database management and process improvement techniques.<br>• Experience with HR systems and service-level agreements (SLAs).<br>• Ability to manage escalated inquiries and resolve complex HR issues independently.<br>• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor team members effectively.<br>• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime as required.<br>• Commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance.
