• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.<br>• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.<br>• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle calls effectively.<br>• Familiarity with general office equipment and operations.<br>• Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.<br>• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize workload.<br>• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
