Administrative Analyst
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Twinsburg, Ohio. In this role, you will support administrative operations and ensure the smooth handling of processes such as data entry, documentation, and communication. This position requires proficiency in office tools, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work on-site in an environment that values accuracy and attention to detail.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Compile and organize codes to generate part codes in the company’s system.<br>• Prepare and manage bills of lading (BOLs) accurately and efficiently.<br>• Update customer information and documentation in the company’s portal.<br>• Handle employee timesheets and ensure timely submission.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook for administrative tasks and reporting.<br>• Respond to inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.<br>• Ensure all documentation is completed with attention to detail and accuracy.<br>• Collaborate with team members to support daily office operations.<br>• Maintain a high standard of conduct and adherence to business attire guidelines.<br>• Assist in other administrative duties as required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.<br>• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.<br>• Comfortable working in an on-site environment with appropriate attire.<br>• Experience with administrative tasks such as data entry and documentation.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload.<br>• Previous experience in administrative office roles is preferred.<br>• Familiarity with customer portals and handling employee timesheets is a plus.
