The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of accounting principles. Responsibilities: • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions. • Prepare and post journal entries while maintaining proper documentation. • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy. • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. • Support audits by providing relevant documentation and information. • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and propose solutions. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations. • Maintain organized records and financial documentation for reporting and compliance purposes. • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the accounting department.

• Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Strong proficiency in preparing and posting journal entries. • Expertise in general ledger management and bank reconciliations. • Familiarity with financial reporting and compliance requirements. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
