Customer Service Rep
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Stratham, New Hampshire. In this role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records. This position offers an opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients while contributing to the efficiency and success of our operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond to customer inquiries and manage incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.<br>• Update and maintain customer account records to ensure accuracy and reliability.<br>• Investigate and resolve service issues by analyzing problems, offering solutions, and ensuring timely follow-up.<br>• Assist customers in identifying clinic options that meet their specific service requirements.<br>• Coordinate with new clinics to establish operational protocols and maintain effective communication.<br>• Manage and update the Clinic Network Database to ensure consistency and accessibility.<br>• Foster trust and build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.<br>• Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate tools and methods to address customer needs.<br>• Adhere to established communication guidelines, procedures, and policies to maintain service standards.<br>• Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction and engagement.
• Proven experience in customer service roles, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.<br>• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers.<br>• Familiarity with maintaining databases and ensuring data accuracy.<br>• Capability to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.<br>• Knowledge of complaint handling procedures and resolution strategies.<br>• Ability to coordinate with clinics and establish operational protocols.<br>• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain customer account records.<br>• Proficiency in using tools and methods to provide accurate information and solutions.
