Front Desk Coordinator
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Silver Spring, Maryland. In this Contract to Permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at multitasking while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring efficient triaging and resolution of inquiries.<br>• Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to guests, offering assistance and directing them to the appropriate personnel.<br>• Handle light administrative tasks such as organizing files, data entry, and distributing mail.<br>• Coordinate office activities to maintain a seamless workflow and address any immediate needs.<br>• Assist in resolving conflicts or addressing concerns with a customer-focused approach.<br>• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and politeness when interacting with clients, guests, and team members.<br>• Support concierge-style services by addressing inquiries and ensuring guests receive the information they need.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to create documents, maintain records, and support administrative functions.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles, preferably in a healthcare or detail-oriented environment.<br>• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for document creation and data management.<br>• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.<br>• Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.<br>• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and ability to triage calls effectively.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills for handling mail, files, and administrative tasks.<br>• Customer service-oriented mindset with a knack for conflict resolution.<br>• Several years of experience and demeanor that enable effective representation of the organization.
