In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain innovative software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This is a long-term contract to hire position, offering the opportunity to work on diverse projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The positon is hybrid 3 days a week on-site and 2 days remote. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to design user-friendly interfaces and implement functionality using JavaScript and React.js.</p><p>• Identify and resolve software issues, ensuring optimal system performance.</p><p>• Participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards and best practices.</p><p>• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.</p><p>• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance development processes.</p><p>• Optimize application performance and scalability through efficient coding techniques.</p><p>• Document all development processes and ensure proper version control.</p><p>• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.</p>
