We’re seeking a highly autonomous, hands-on Salesforce Developer with deep technical expertise across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Sales/GovCloud environments. This role requires someone who can move seamlessly between admin configuration and complex coding builds, taking projects from concept to production with minimal oversight.</p><p><br></p><p>Seeking someone confident and experienced in taking full ownership of projects, from design through implementation and post-deployment support.</p><p><br></p><p>Hours: PST</p><p>Duration: ONgoing Contract</p><p><br></p><p>Required Skills & Experience</p><ul><li>5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Schedulable, Asynchronous Apex).</li><li>Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura framework.</li><li>In-depth understanding of Sales Cloud; experience with GovCloud a strong plus.</li><li>Experience with FFLib OR strong understanding of OOP principles and familiarity with common design patterns (Factory, Strategy, Singleton, etc.).</li><li>Solid experience with Flows, Validation Rules, Formulas, Approval Processes, and Assignment Rules.</li><li>Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, Platform Events).</li><li>Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>Comfortable working independently and owning projects end-to-end.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced, agile environment.</li></ul>

<p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch/Scheduled Jobs, and LWC.</li><li>Build and optimize Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Assignment Rules to streamline business operations.</li><li>Implement scalable OOP-based architectures and apply design patterns to improve code quality and maintainability.</li><li>Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs with external systems and ensure secure, efficient data exchange.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.</li><li>Manage deployments using Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools.</li><li>Maintain performance, security, and best-practice standards across all Salesforce environments.</li><li>Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex code and configurations.</li></ul><p><strong>***Due to client requirements, only U.S. citizens will be considered for this position.***</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
