<p><strong>Data Engineer (Python / CRM)</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Hybrid (3 days on-site in Encino, CA)</p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong> Up to $170K DOE</p><p>We are seeking a <strong>Data Engineer</strong> with strong experience in <strong>Python</strong> and <strong>CRM systems </strong>to support data integration and pipeline development across business domains. This role will focus on modernizing data architecture and optimizing end-to-end data flows using <strong>Azure technologies</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Design, build, and maintain scalable <strong>data pipelines</strong> supporting CRM and related business applications.</li><li>Develop integrations and ETL workflows using <strong>Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and ADLS Gen2</strong>.</li><li>Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across data environments.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Finance, and IT to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.</li><li>Document and optimize data processes while supporting analytics and reporting initiatives.</li></ul><p>For immediate consideration, direct message Reid Gormly on LinkedIN and Apply Today</p>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.</li><li>5–7 years of experience in <strong>data engineering or integration roles</strong>.</li><li>Proficiency in <strong>Python</strong>, Azure-based data tools, and CRM integrations.</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.</li></ul><p><br></p>
