Front Desk Coordinator
We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to provide exceptional support to clients and visitors while ensuring smooth office operations. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and will play a key part in maintaining an organized and welcoming environment. This is a Long-term Contract position based in Seattle, Washington.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate staff or areas within the office.<br>• Manage the front lobby by greeting guests, announcing their arrivals, and maintaining a focused and attentive atmosphere.<br>• Assist clients and vendors by providing information about agency services and collecting necessary eligibility documentation.<br>• Keep common areas clean and organized, and help prepare for office events.<br>• Coordinate office equipment concerns, submit IT tickets, and oversee follow-up actions related to shared equipment.<br>• Facilitate vendor visits for supply deliveries, maintenance work, and repairs as needed.<br>• Gather feedback on safety concerns and provide reports to the facilities supervisor.<br>• Escort visitors and community members to designated areas within the office.<br>• Act as a point of contact for office-related inquiries and ensure quick resolution of issues.
• Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles, including managing multi-line phone systems.<br>• Strong skills in concierge services, with a focus on assisting guests and booking appointments.<br>• Ability to handle inbound telephone calls efficiently and with attention to detail.<br>• Excellent organizational skills to maintain tidy and welcoming common areas.<br>• Familiarity with coordinating office equipment and submitting IT tickets.<br>• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and staff.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Experience in gathering documentation and providing information to clients.
