Office Manager
We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of our office in San Francisco, California. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to grow professionally while supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and efficiency to coordinating events, managing administrative tasks, and assisting with recruitment efforts.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate and manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly.<br>• Plan and execute team events to foster collaboration and engagement.<br>• Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.<br>• Assist with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.<br>• Maintain office supplies by monitoring inventory, placing orders, and organizing storage.<br>• Manage accounts payable tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices.<br>• Perform receptionist duties such as greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries.<br>• Utilize software tools like Google Suite, Notion, Linear, Ashby, and Rippling to streamline workflows.<br>• Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and support various projects.<br>• Participate in working interviews to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
• Proven ability to manage administrative tasks and office operations effectively.<br>• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.<br>• Familiarity with tools such as Google Suite, Notion, Linear, Ashby, and Rippling.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and clients.<br>• Ability to plan and coordinate events that promote team collaboration.<br>• Experience with accounts payable processes and maintaining accurate financial records.<br>• Tech-savviness and adaptability to learn new software and systems.<br>• A proactive and positive attitude, with the flexibility to take on diverse responsibilities.
