Office Assistant
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to support our team during a transitional period. This is a Contract position based in San Francisco, California, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth setup of our new office space. • Previous experience in an office assistant, receptionist, or clerical role.<br>• Proficiency in scanning documents and maintaining accurate records.<br>• Strong communication skills for handling inbound calls and email correspondence.<br>• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.<br>• Physical capability to lift and move boxes and office equipment during relocation.<br>• Familiarity with basic office equipment and software.<br>• Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure smooth operations.<br>• Adaptability to assist with various tasks as needed during the transition.
