Receptionist
We are looking for a dedicated and personable Receptionist to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional service to clients and staff alike. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and attentive demeanor.<br>• Schedule appointments efficiently and maintain updated calendars.<br>• Provide clear and accurate information to clients about services and procedures.<br>• Handle payment transactions, including cash, credit, or electronic methods, and issue receipts promptly.<br>• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.<br>• Manage incoming and outgoing mail as well as deliveries.<br>• Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system.<br>• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and filing.<br>• Assist in coordinating office activities and ensuring smooth communication.
• At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.<br>• Proficiency in using multi-line phone systems and handling inbound calls.<br>• Familiarity with payment processing methods and cash handling.<br>• Skilled in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.<br>• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.<br>• Capacity to multitask effectively and remain composed under pressure.<br>• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
