Receptionist
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming and organized office environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and enjoys multitasking while supporting various administrative tasks.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome and check in guests with a friendly and attentive demeanor, ensuring an exceptional visitor experience.<br>• Maintain the front desk and lobby areas, keeping them organized, clean, and ready for guests.<br>• Coordinate meeting room schedules and assist with visitor logistics as needed.<br>• Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, vendor relationships, and equipment maintenance.<br>• Support onboarding processes for new employees by preparing workspaces and welcome materials.<br>• Act as the primary contact for building management and facilities-related requests.<br>• Plan and organize internal events, meetings, and team celebrations.<br>• Provide administrative assistance such as scheduling, travel coordination, and expense tracking.<br>• Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to manage documentation and support internal communication.<br>• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance office efficiency.
• Previous experience in receptionist or front desk roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and managing inbound calls effectively.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain a tidy and well-organized workspace.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize while remaining calm under pressure.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with visitors and team members.<br>• Familiarity with administrative tasks, including scheduling and expense tracking.<br>• Comfortable with basic office equipment and software.<br>• Availability to work part-time hours as required.
