In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with grant agreements and regulatory standards. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. • Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, with a preference for experience in nonprofit organizations. • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Blackbaud, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. • Familiarity with grant accounting, compliance monitoring, and audit preparation processes. • Strong attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and analytical skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. • Commitment to supporting the mission and values of the nonprofit sector.
