We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. You will be involved in a variety of tasks essential to maintaining strong financial practices. Responsibilities: • Facilitate the month-end closing process to ensure timely and accurate reporting. • Maintain and review general ledger accounts to uphold financial integrity. • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with precision. • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial reports to safeguard accuracy. • Prepare and post journal entries while conducting account reconciliations. • Reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure alignment with financial records. • Contribute to special accounting and finance projects as needed. • Assist in supporting internal and external audit procedures. • Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.

• Proficiency in preparing and posting journal entries with accuracy. • Strong knowledge of general ledger maintenance and reconciliation. • Experience managing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes. • Familiarity with month-end close procedures and financial reporting. • Ability to perform detailed account reconciliations effectively. • Excellent analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies. • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
