Administrative Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional organizational support. The role involves managing schedules, handling communications, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate and maintain calendars to ensure efficient scheduling of meetings and appointments.<br>• Handle inbound calls professionally, providing information and directing inquiries as necessary.<br>• Support day-to-day administrative activities, including document preparation and data management.<br>• Perform receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors and managing front desk operations.<br>• Organize and oversee scheduling processes to ensure deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.<br>• Utilize Google Suite and Microsoft tools to create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.<br>• Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative workflows and improve efficiency.<br>• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support operational needs.<br>• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling sensitive information.<br>• Assist with special projects or additional tasks as assigned by management.
• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role.<br>• Proficiency in handling inbound calls and managing communications.<br>• Strong skills in calendar management and scheduling.<br>• Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.<br>• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities.<br>• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Ability to perform receptionist duties with professionalism and attention to detail.<br>• Capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
