We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Riverside, California. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a background in handling high-volume invoice processing. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively to meet deadlines, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Process and post accounts payable transactions efficiently and accurately.<br>• Review, code, and batch invoices in compliance with company protocols.<br>• Perform data entry tasks with a focus on numeric accuracy and high-volume processing.<br>• Conduct three-way matching to ensure proper alignment between invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.<br>• Address discrepancies and resolve issues related to invoice processing.<br>• Assist in clearing backlog tasks with the support of the team.<br>• Utilize Sage Contractor 100 software for accounts payable operations.<br>• Maintain organized records and documentation for auditing purposes.<br>• Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a related field.<br>• Proficiency in processing and coding invoices with attention to detail.<br>• Familiarity with Sage Contractor 100 is preferred but not mandatory.<br>• Strong numeric data entry skills, especially in high-volume environments.<br>• Understanding of batching and three-way matching processes.<br>• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.<br>• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.<br>• Background in the construction industry is a plus but not required.
