In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in managing comprehensive payroll processes for a multi-state workforce. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll systems and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Process full-cycle payroll for employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. • Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage and execute payroll operations efficiently. • Handle payroll for a workforce of over 500 employees, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state payroll laws to ensure compliance. • Generate and review payroll reports to identify and resolve errors or inconsistencies. • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data. • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, providing clear and timely resolutions. • Conduct audits of payroll processes to improve accuracy and efficiency. • Assist in year-end reporting and tax filings for payroll. • Implement best practices for payroll management to optimize operations.

• Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing. • Expertise in managing multi-state payroll operations. • Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll software. • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements. • Ability to handle payroll for large-scale employee bases (500+). • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication skills for addressing payroll-related inquiries. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
