Customer Service Representative
We are looking for an organized and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team in Plymouth, Minnesota. This role focuses on dispatching and coordinating service activities while maintaining clear communication with customers and technicians. As a key member of the team, you will utilize scheduling and ticketing tools to ensure efficient operations. This is a long-term contract position, offering stability and opportunities for growth.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond to incoming calls, including crisis situations, informational inquiries, follow-ups, and service requests.<br>• Schedule and coordinate service calls, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.<br>• Create and manage dispatch tickets for service calls, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.<br>• Assign service technicians to calls and conduct debriefs following their assignments.<br>• Update and maintain technician schedules and availability within system tools.<br>• Monitor and manage the dispatch board to ensure schedules are adhered to.<br>• Analyze and forecast workloads to optimize resource planning.<br>• Provide service technicians with necessary information and support to complete tasks effectively.<br>• Review, acknowledge, and update tickets as needed to maintain accurate records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and scheduling or ticketing software.<br>• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.<br>• Basic knowledge of Excel for data tracking and reporting.<br>• Proven ability to adapt to changing situations and work under pressure.<br>• Excellent note-taking and organizational skills to ensure accurate documentation.<br>• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.<br>• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse personalities.<br>• Experience in stress management and maintaining composure in challenging situations.
