<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years' experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related field.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to manage and manipulate large datasets.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional and persistent approach to collections.</li><li>Experience with complex AR reconciliations and dispute resolution.</li><li>Experience with ERP and accounting software preferred.</li></ul>
