Collections Specialist
<p>This is an exciting 6-month remote assignment with a global leader in content and language solutions. The organization helps companies scale across markets and enable growth through cutting-edge technology and localization expertise.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>The Collections Agent will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely payment follow-up and effective debt recovery. • Proven experience in commercial and consumer collections.<br>• Strong knowledge of credit and billing collection processes.<br>• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.<br>• Ability to analyze financial data and assess credit risks.<br>• Proficiency in maintaining detailed and organized records.<br>• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.<br>• Problem-solving skills to address payment issues and disputes effectively.<br>• Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams as needed.
