Job: Collections Specialist Salary range: $50,000-$65,000 + Bonus Benefits: medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance We are looking for a Spanish Speaking, motivated and detail-oriented Collections Specialist to manage third-party and in-house collection accounts. This role is critical in ensuring timely resolution of delinquent accounts while maintaining strong relationships with external partners. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in collections, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to implement strategies for improved recovery rates. To apply to this Onsite role please send your resume to [email protected] Responsibilities:• Build and nurture partnerships with third-party collection agencies through regular performance reviews and strategy discussions.• Provide updates to senior management on account progress and overall health of third-party collections.• Evaluate account data across multiple partners to identify opportunities for enhanced recovery results.• Oversee the resolution of delinquent accounts in a compliant and timely manner.• Assist the collections team with inbound and outbound calls, including negotiations, settlements, and account reconciliation.• Utilize tools such as skip tracing and historical account data to effectively resolve outstanding balances.• Introduce and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and compliance.• Monitor and manage account performance metrics to ensure goals are met.• Collaborate with internal teams to refine collection strategies and optimize workflows.

• Must be able to speak Spanish!!• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in 3rd party collections, including handling third-party accounts.• Familiarity with both B2B and B2C collections processes, bankruptcies, liens, litigation, and structured settlements.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint; experience with PACER is a plus.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a detail-oriented approach.• Notary certification is advantageous but not mandatory.• Goal-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.• Proven track record of achieving results and improving collection outcomes.
