Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a long-term contract position that requires a proactive individual to support daily office operations and ensure smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to handle administrative tasks efficiently in a banking environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure seamless office operations.<br>• Answer and manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.<br>• Perform accurate data entry tasks, maintaining up-to-date records and documentation.<br>• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events as needed.<br>• Serve as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and addressing inquiries in a courteous manner.<br>• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.<br>• Maintain office supplies inventory and handle procurement processes.<br>• Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and daily tasks.<br>• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.<br>• Proficiency in handling inbound calls and directing communication effectively.<br>• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.<br>• Familiarity with office procedures and administrative functions.<br>• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.<br>• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on detail and clarity.<br>• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
