Sales Assistant
We are looking for a highly organized Sales Assistant to join our team in Pasadena, California. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the sales department, helping streamline processes and ensuring seamless communication across teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, skilled in managing multiple priorities, and comfortable working with both data and visual materials. This is a long-term contract position offering a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Deliver daily administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and timely responses.<br>• Prepare and manage sales-related documents, reports, presentations, and order materials.<br>• Maintain accurate records in sales databases and spreadsheets, keeping data up-to-date.<br>• Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and other departments to facilitate effective communication.<br>• Assist in creating and managing product documentation, pricing sheets, and promotional materials.<br>• Design and edit visual assets using Adobe Illustrator and photo-editing tools.<br>• Track, forecast, and generate sales data reports utilizing Excel.<br>• Handle general office tasks and provide support for sales-related administrative activities.
• Proven administrative and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.<br>• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data entry, and reporting.<br>• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and photo-editing software such as Photoshop.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Experience working in sales-driven settings.<br>• Previous experience supporting a sales team, particularly in the fashion industry, is a plus.<br>• Comfortable collaborating across departments and managing competing priorities.
